Educators, volunteers from associations, and youth organisations, as well as youth workers and practitioners involved in human rights education, gather in Brussels to explore human rights education for and with children using the Compass and Compasito manuals.

 The training course is organised by le Foyer des Jeunes des Marolles in partnership with the Youth Department of the Council of Europe, taking place from 27 November to 1 December. Participants enhance their capacities as multipliers to promote and advocate for human rights education for children aged between 8 and 12 at the local levels in Belgium.

This activity will also reinforce the interest of the participants and the organisations they represent in implementing child-oriented human rights projects or integrating its approach into future projects based on the gained competences and the standards of the Council of Europe Youth Department.
