GRECO has made public today its Fifth Evaluation Round Second Compliance Report on Malta, which deals with preventing corruption and promoting integrity in the central government (top executive functions) and law enforcement agencies. This report was adopted by GRECO at its 95th Plenary Meeting (Strasbourg, 27 November – 1 December 2023).
