GRECO has today made public its Second Compliance Report on Kazakhstan under the Joint First and Second Evaluation Round, setting out an assessment of the progress made by Kazakhstan in implementing GRECO’s recommendations. The report was adopted by GRECO at its 102nd Plenary Meeting, held in Strasbourg from 23 to 27 March 2026. Kazakhstan is expected to submit a report to GRECO on the implementation of the outstanding recommendations by 31 March 2027.
