A delegation comprising four GRECO evaluators (Albania, Czech Republic, Republic of Moldova and Portugal) and a member of the Secretariat visited Podgorica on 27 September – 1 October 2021 to carry out the evaluation of Montenegro in the framework of GRECO's 5th evaluation round. The topics covered were the prevention of corruption and the promotion of integrity in central governments (top executive functions) and law enforcement agencies.

An evaluation report will be drawn up and examined by the GRECO Plenary in 2022.
