Processed complaints
The complaint was registered on 7 September 2018. It relates to Article 24 (right to protection in cases of termination of employment) of the Revised European Social Charter. The CGT alleges that the new Article L. 1235-3 of the Labour Code does not ensure that unlawfully dismissed employees obtain adequate compensation or any other appropriate compensation, and have the right to an effective remedy against the dismissal measure.
