The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following recommendation on 20 April 2022 at the 1432nd meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:

• Recommendation CM/RecChS(2022)2, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 26 January 2021 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) and European Council for Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) v. Greece, Complaint No. 173/2018.

The Committee of Ministers has also adopted the following resolution on 20 April 2022 at the 1432nd meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:

• Resolution CM/ResChS(2022)1, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 8 December 2021 by the European Committee of Social Rights in the case Unione sindacale di base - settore pubblico impegio (USB) v. Italy, Complaint No. 153/2017, thus making publique the decision on the merits.
