The complaint was registered on 2 January 2023. It relates to Article 16 and the principle of non-discrimination contained in the Preamble of the 1961 Charter. The ERRC alleges that the situation in the Czech Republic constitutes a violation of Article 16 of the Charter on the issue of equal access to pre-school education for Romani children and children facing poverty and social exclusion.
