The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following recommendation and resolution on 18 October 2023 at the 1478th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:
- Recommendation CM/RecChS(2023)5, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 8 December 2022 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) v. Belgium, Complaint No. 185/2019.
- Resolution CM/ResChS(2023)8, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 24 May 2023 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case Association of Secondary Teachers lreland (ASTI) v. Ireland, Complaint No. 180/2019.
