Seminar on the collective complaints procedure under the European Social Charter

The Department of the European Social Charter organises, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs of Serbia, a seminar on the Collective complaints procedure for representatives of different Serbian institutions working on social rights.

The objective of the meeting is to present the Collective complaints procedure as a democratic tool towards a sustainable social and economic development in the Council of Europe member States, as well as to exchange on the role of the complainant organisations.

The European Committee of Social Rights will be represented by François Vandamme, member of the Committee; the European Social Charter Department by Riccardo Priore, Coordinator of the Turin Process and Sheila Hirschinger, European Code of Social Security.
