The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) is holding its 340th session from 18 to 22 March 2024, in Strasbourg.
During this session, the Committee will examine the ad hoc reports received from the States Parties to the Charter, on the cost of living crisis. It will deliberate on a number of collective complaints and will discuss and identify priority countries for further meetings on non-accepted provisions and enhanced dialogue in 2024.
The Committee will also hold an exchange of views with the President of European Court of Human Rights, Judge Síofra O’LEARY accompanied by Judges Branko LUBARDA and Saadet YÜKSEL.
Finally, the Committee will discuss its contribution to the upcoming High-level Conference on the European Social Charter to be held in Vilnius on 3-4 July 2024.
