The second Faro Convention Meeting in 2017 will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania on 15-16 November 2017.

The event, entitled “The Faro Convention Approach and Urban Regeneration” will focus on:  Public Space and Democracy – Urban Regeneration and communities; Dissonant Heritage and multiple narratives; and Dialogue for Cooperation, with participants from Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Serbia.

As this event will be a good opportunity to exchange views and experiences between member states, it will also aim at encouraging further consideration of the ratification and implementation of the Framework Convention on the Value of Cultural Heritage for Society.
