Within the framework of the Project “Support to Penitentiary System Reforms in Georgia” the Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision of local consultancy services in the area of healthcare and rehabilitation in the penitentiary and probation system, with special focus on prison management, mental healthcare, substance use-related services, harm reduction approaches, suicide prevention, and monitoring of provision of healthcare and rehabilitation services.
