The Management Board is currently composed of the following members:*

four specialists with expertise in the management of investment funds nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of member states:

  • Mr Douglas Heron, on the proposal of the United Kingdom, for a term of office from 24 April 2024 to 23 April 2027 (CM/Del/Dec(2024)1496/11.2)
  • Mr Sigurd Klakeg, on the proposal of Norway, for a term of office from 11 September 2024 until 10 September 2027 (CM/Del/Dec(2024)1496/11.2)
  • Mr Patrick Uelfeti, on the proposal of Switzerland, for a term of office from 22 November 2026 to 21 November 2029 (CM/Del/Dec(2026)1559/11.1)
  • Mr Koç, on the proposal of Türkiye, for a term of office from 31 May 2026 to 30 May 2029 (CM/Del/Dec(2026)1561/11.2)
