The Council of Europe is looking for candidates with extensive professional experience in the field of public relations, communication and media in view of their involvement as national Council of Europe short-term consultants in cooperation activities between the Council of Europe and the authorities of the Republic of Moldova under the Programme “Promoting a human rights compliant criminal justice system in the Republic of Moldova”.
