The Council of Europe is currently launching a local public call for tenders for the procurement of printing services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening the human rights compliant criminal justice system in the Republic of Moldova”.

In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for service providers for the provision of printing services as well as design and/or production of customised visibility items for project events.

How to apply?

Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address [email protected],  with the following reference in subject: Tender – SHRCCJ Project – Printing and Production Services.

Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 31 May 2021.

Where to send questions about the tender?

All questions about the tender shall be submitted at least 2 two working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected], with the following reference in subject: Questions – SHRCCJ Project – Printing and Production Services.
