The Council of Europe is re-launching the international public call for tenders for the procurement of local consultancy services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening the human rights compliant criminal justice system in the Republic of Moldova”.

In this context, the Council is looking for providers for the provision of local consultancy services in the area of criminal justice and prevention of human rights violations by the Ombudsperson Institution and the National Preventive Mechanism in the Republic of Moldova.

Tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe in electronic form. Questions regarding the tendering procedure should be sent in English seven (7) days before the deadline for submission of tenders at the latest.
