The CEPEJ has published the results of the third cycle of the Dashboard Western Balkans Action, which shows the 2021 data for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Kosovo*. A first comparative part allows to identify regional trends concerning 12 indicators related to the efficiency and quality of judicial systems. “Beneficiary profiles” complete this report by presenting in-depth analyses of each judicial system concerned through infographics, tables and graphs, comparisons with data from previous cycles and with regional medians. Each profile also includes a specific analysis for certain indicators related to the independence and accountability of the judicial system as well as a two-page summary.
The Action “Dashboard for the Western Balkans: towards a better evaluation of the results of judicial reform efforts in the Western Balkans” is part of the second phase of the "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye" programme, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
