Sonya DJEMNI-WAGNER

Sonya DJEMNI-WAGNER is a general attorney at the French Court of cassation. She is also a member of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights and General Delegate of the Institute for Studies and Research on Law and Justice.
She was deputy public prosecutor at the Bobigny court, deputy public prosecutor at the Paris court and vice-president of the Nantes court.
She also worked for the European Commission as a Seconded National Expert to the Directorate General for Justice.
