On 2 September 2022, the CEPEJ- European Cyberjustice Network (ECN) will hold an online meeting to present and discuss a revised ICT questionnaire developed to measure the European countries’ progress towards cyberjustice. The Working Group on Cyberjustice and Artificial intelligence (CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST) was entrusted by the Working Group on Evaluation (CEPEJ-GT-EVAL) to propose an update of the existing tool used in the previous CEPEJ biennial evaluation exercises to assess the integration of ICT in European judicial systems. The President of the CEPEJ-GT-EVAL will open the meeting, and experts will present their proposal of a revision on the ICT questionnaire: for instance, new questions on subjects of ICT strategy, data security as well as tools utilisation rate as addition to the tools deployment rate. The meeting then aims at having the ECN members participate and give concrete feedback to the discussion as practitioners in the field.
