The Council of Europe is currently implementing the European Union – Council of Joint Programme “Fostering civil society participation and capacity building in access to justice in Türkiye.” Within the framework of the Programme component “Fostering Civil Society Participation in Access to Justice in Türkiye: Enhancing Human Rights in the Context of Migration and Environmental Justice,” the Council of Europe intends to establish a pool of a maximum of three (3) service providers for each lot for the provision of printing and design services for project documents.
Tenders must be submitted exclusively through the Council of Europe e-Procurement platform. The platform can be accessed via the following link: https://eproc.coe.int//callfortenders/11753
Interested candidates are advised to register on the e-Procurement platform as soon as possible and select ‘Interested’ in the system. This will ensure that they receive email notifications in the event of any amendments or updates relating to the call for tenders. Please note that your account must be created on the e-Procurement platform and approved by the Council of Europe. The approval process may take up to one to two working days. Candidates submitting a tender through the Council of Europe e-Procurement platform for the first time are therefore strongly advised to initiate the registration process as soon as possible.
