On 16 February 2024, an inauguration ceremony was organised in the Ministry of Justice with the participation of Mr Kasım Çiçek, the Director General, and Mr William Massolin, the Head of Council of Europe Programme Office in Ankara, on the occasion of provision of 85 Turkish and 70 Foreign books on international judicial cooperation, for the enrichment of the Library of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs and EU Relations of the Ministry. The books supplied by the project will be serving as an important database for judges, prosecutors and the Ministry staff.

In the same week, the project also delivered IT equipment to the Ministry for the development of a new Central Monitoring System, which will be used to improve the transmission of the electronic mutual legal assistance requests and contribute to the overall process for international cooperation.
