Complaint No. 46/2007 and Defence for Children International (DCI) v.
the Netherlands – Complaint No. 47/2008.
Presentation by the ILO
An ILO representative will present a recent report on the topic of forced
labour (see ILO
website for more information.)
The Committee will examine national reports submitted for the current
reporting cycle XIX (1961 Charter) and for 2007 (Revised Charter). The
following States were concerned: Austria, “Former Yugoslav Republic of
Macedonia”, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Germany and France.
