Meetings on non-accepted provisions of the Revised Charter (2007 and 2008)
A discussion will be held on the results of a meeting held in Portugal last January. The preparations for upcoming meetings in Sweden and Armenia will be continued.

Exchange of views
There will be an exchange of views with the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights , Mr Thomas HAMMARBERG.

Collective complaints
The Committee will examine  the following complaints: European
Council of Police Trade Unions v. Portugal - Complaint No. 40/2007, Mental Disability Advocacy Center v. Bulgaria - Complaint No. 41/2007, International Federation for Human Rights v. Ireland, Complaint No. 42/2007, Sindicato dos Magistrados do Ministério Público (SMMP) v. Portugal - Complaint No. 43/2007,
International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights v. Bulgaria – Complaint No. 44/2007 and International Centre for the Legal Protection of Human Rights (INTERIGHTS) v. Croatia – Complaint No. 45/2007 and European Roma Rights Center v. Bulgaria – Complaint no. 46/2007.

National Reports
The Committee will examine national reports submitted for the current reporting cycle XIX-1 (1961 Charter) and for 2007 (Revised Charter). The countries concerned were the following : Albania, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Latvia, Moldova.
