Collective Complaints
The Committee will deliberate on the admissiblity of the collective complaint International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights v. Bulgaria, no. 44/2007 and on the merits of four complaints: International Movement ATD Fourth World v. France (no. 33/2006), European Council of Police Trade Unions v. Portugal (no. 37/2006), European Council of Police Trade Unions v. France (no. 38/2006) and European Federation of National Organisations working with the Homeless (FEANTSA) v. France (no. 39/2006).
