Reports *
The 1st report submitted by Serbia on 31 October 2011, concerns the accepted provisions of the Revised Charter relating to Thematic Group 1 “Employment, training and equal opportunities”, ie
- Right to work (Article 1)
- Right to vocational guidance (Article 9)
- Right to vocational training (Article 10§§1, 2, 3 and 4)
- Right of physically or mentally disabled persons to vocational training, rehabilitation and social resettlement (Article 15)
- Right to engage in a gainful occupation in the territory of other States Parties (Article 18)
- Right to equal opportunities and treatment in employment and occupation without sex discrimination (Article 20)
- Right to protection in case of dismissal (Article 24)
- Right of workers to protection of their debts in the event of insolvency of the employer (Article 25)
Conclusions relating to these provisions will be published in December 2012.

* Following a decision taken by the Committee of Ministers in 2006, the provisions of both the European Social Charter and the Revised Charter have been divided into four thematic groups. States present a report on the provisions relating to one of the four thematic groups on an annual basis. Consequently each provision of the Charter will be reported on once every four years.
