The European Committee of Social Rights examines the reports and decides whether or not the situations in the countries concerned are in conformity with the European Social Charter. Its decisions, known as “conclusions”, are published every year.
Conclusions by State, since 2003, are available on this web page. Click on the heading "Conclusions by year" to download volumes since 1992 (cycle XII). For Conclusions prior to this year please consult the caselaw database of the European Committee of Social Rights.
