The Committee of Ministers and the Collective Complaints Procedure

 

  The Committee of Ministers intervenes in the last stage of the supervisory process in the collective complaints procedure.

Article 9 of the Protocol providing for a system of collective complaints provides that the Committee of Ministers shall adopt a resolution closing the procedure on the basis of the report of the European Committee on Social Rights and, where the European Committee of Social Rights has found a violation of the Charter, it shall adopt a recommendation addressed to the State Party concerned.
