The Committee of Ministers and the Reporting System
The Committee of Ministers intervenes in the last stage of the
supervisory process in the procedure based on national reports.
After receiving the report of the Governmental Committee to which the conclusions of the European Committee of Social Rights are attached, the Committee of Ministers adopts a resolution closing each supervision cycle and issues recommendations, requesting States to bring national practice into conformity with the Charter.
