20.04.12 At the initiative of the Incest Trauma Center -
Belgrade and in cooperation with the Council of Europe
Office in Belgrade, the Council of Europe’s ONE in FIVE
Campaign to stop sexual violence against children was
launched in Serbia.
Several activities have recently taken place: 3 open-day
classes to primary and secondary school children, and a
training for journalists who are interested in following the
ONE in FIVE campaign developments.
Representatives from the Incest Trauma Center – Belgrade and
from the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade also met with
the President of the Serbian Parliament, presenting the
recent developments and future plans for the ONE in FIVE
Campaign in Serbia.
The launch of the ONE in FIVE Campaign has received
attention from various media, including newspapers (Danas,
Blic, Politika, Pravda, Novosti, Novi Sad, Press) and TV
stations (TV Kopernikus, RTS, RTS 1, TV Avala).
A TV report featuring the Kiko TV spot was broadcast on
March 28 on RTS, Euronet.
