The text of the Statute incorporates all successive amendments and is followed by Resolutions of a statutory character.
Resolutions of a statutory character are used as a flexible formula for making good any shortcomings or gaps in the Statute. They concern statutory matters and contain measures which are not incompatible with the statute. They are:
