Pension Reserve Fund - Management Board
(Situation at 6 January 2012)
The Management Board is currently composed of the following members1:
a) four specialists with expertise in the management of investment funds nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of member states:
- Mr Thomas Weinberg, on the proposal of Germany, for a term of appointment of 3 years (22 November 2011 – 21 November 2014);
- Ms Teresa Angela Sandri in Floridi on the proposal of Italy, for a term of appointment of 3 years (24 May 2011 – 23 May 2014);
- Mr Ahmet Kesik on the proposal of Turkey, for a term of appointment of 3 years (24 May 2010 – 23 May 2013);
- Mr Georgios Mergos on the proposal of Greece, for a term of appointment of 3 years (24 May 2009 – 23 May 2012);
b) one person nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of the Secretary General:
- Mr Mário Martins on the proposal of the Secretary General, for a term of appointment of 3 years (24 May 2009 – 23 May 2012); and
c) one person nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of the Staff Committee:
- Mr Marc Baechel on the proposal of the Staff Committee, for a term of appointment of 3 years (24 May 2010 – 23 May 2013);
