DH-SYSC(2016)003

At its 2nd meeting, the DH-SYSC welcomed the results of the first meeting of the DH-SYSC-REC, proceeded to an exchange of views and decided that the finalising of the compilation of good practice, in the form of a guide, which will be presented to the Committee of Ministers for adoption, must be given priority. The Committee agreed that the recommendation’s update is henceforth unnecessary. It also decided to hold a 2nd meeting of the DH-SYSC-REC and experts wishing to submit any additional relevant information to the Secretariat and the Group (particularly concerning the difficulties encountered and “success stories”) were invited to send it to the Secretariat, and it charged the latter to elaborate a draft of the Guide (see DH-SYSC(2016)R2, paras 19-21).

At its 86th meeting, the CDDH welcomed the work carried out by DH-SYSC-REC and adopted the guidance given by the Group. It also invited again the members, participants and observers to submit any additional relevant information, particularly concerning the difficulties encountered and “success stories”.

The Group is invited to examine the working document prepared by the Secretariat with a view to finalise it for examination and adoption by the DH-SYSC, then by the CDDH at its 87th meeting (6-8 June 2017), so it can be presented to the Committee of Ministers before 30 June 2017.

Item 3 : Organisation of future work

The Group is invited to take any further decisions necessary to the organisation of its future work.

Item 4 : Adoption of the conclusions and the meeting report

Working document

- Draft Report of the 2nd DH-SYSC-REC meeting (6-8 March 2017)

DH-SYSC-REC(2017)R2

The Group is invited to adopt the conclusions and the meeting report.
