Armenia steps to promote
the ONE in FIVE campaign


09.09.2011 - The Armenian NGO, ProMedia-Gender, committed to human rights and women issues, has taken some steps forward in the promotion of our Council of Europe ONE in FIVE campaign.

At the 2011 special issue called “Women and politics” a brief overview of the Council of Europe ONE in FIVE campaign was published. The review, placed on the first page, explains the ONE in FIVE statistics referring also to various forms of sexual violence against children. In addition, the readers learn about the launch and the goals of the campaign as well as become aware of the current status of the Lanzarote Convention in Armenia.
