The Centre of Expertise for Local Government Reform is organising the third stage of the training on Human Resourse Management for Local Self-government through Leadership Academy in Belarus on 20-21 December 2016 in co-operation with the Academy of Public Administration by the Office of the President of Belarus.
This activity gathered 25 participants from local authorities, who attended the previous two stages of this training. At the opening several officials welcomed participants and underlined the valuable experience and knowledge they are provided within this activity by the Council of Europe experts. On the other hand, some participants mentioned about their intention to apply gained skills and knowledge in their day to day activity.
The event is organized as a part of the Programme "Strengthening institutional frameworks for local governance in the Eastern Partnership countries" under the Programmatic Cooperation Framework (PCF) for 2015-2017 funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Council of Europe and participants are to be provided with Certificates on accomplishment of the course.
