The Council of Europe, in co-operation with EuroChild and ChildPact, is holding a training seminar on 15 and 16 December on social rights, violence against children, effective advocacy at national level, and the available instruments offered by the Council of Europe to protect children’s rights. The French NGO Foyer Oberholz dealing with social integration of unaccompanied minor asylum seekers and young people in care will provide lunch with the help of the young people it works with.
