From 1 April 2024, the Administrative Tribunal will be composed as follows:
Chair:

Deputy Chair:
- Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos (Greece)
Judges:
- Lenia Samuel (Cyprus)
- Thomas Laker (Germany)
Deputy Judges:
- Veronika Rita Guba (Hungary)
- Yves Gounin (France)
On 7 February and 20 March 2024, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe appointed the judges and deputy judges of the Tribunal, at its 1488th and 1493rd meeting. Previously, the European Court of Human Rights had appointed the Chair and the Deputy Chair.
The term of office of the members of the Tribunal will expire on 31 March 2028.
