Turin Forum on Social Rights in Europe
A public Forum was held on 18 March 2016 in Turin on the theme of social rights in Europe. It followed the Interparliamentary Conference of the 47 Council of Europe member States on the European Social Charter.
The Forum was an opportunity to take stock of the implementation of social rights in Europe, having regard to the main challenges in the present international context and to the risks to democratic security of societies in which these fundamental rights are not fully guaranteed.
