On 17 September 2026, the Republic of Seychelles acceded to the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS 185).

With Seychelles' accession, 83 States are now Parties, two have signed it and 12 have been invited to accede to the Convention.

The Convention will enter into force for Seychelles  on 1 January 2027.
