Kazakhstan becomes the 84th Party to the Convention on Cybercrime

On 14 October 2026, the Republic of Kazakhstan acceded to the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS 185).

With Kazakhstan's accession, 84 States are now Parties, two have signed it and 11 have been invited to accede to the Convention.

The Convention will enter into force for Kazakhstan on 1 February 2027.
