The Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC) conducted an advisory mission on legislation with the objective of agreeing with the national institutions of Guatemala on a final draft bill on cybercrime and electronic evidence, in compliance with the Budapest Convention and other international standards.

The mission opened in the presence of the Vice Minister for Technology Gabriel Juárez Lucas and of the Member of the Guatemalan Parliament Jose Rodrigo Valladares.
