On 13 and 14 May, representatives of the Moldovan Asset Recovery Office visited the Irish Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) in Dublin. The programme of the study visit designed by the CLEP project foresaw exchange of experiences concerning intelligence assessment, national and international cooperation, seizure and confiscation as well as a special focus on asset management. CAB presented good practices in the field of asset tracing and recovery and processes established to effectively manage and liquidate criminal assets.
