The Council of Europe Co-operation Project “Fight against discrimination, hate crimes and hate speech in Georgia” is launching a tender procedure for the provision of local consultancy to build activities and provide expertise advice regarding psychological aspects of discriminatory behaviour and psychological impact of discrimination.
