The Council of Europe (CoE) Tbilisi Office is launching a tender procedure for the purchase of consultancy services to conduct desk research for collecting insights from recent scientific research related to Council of Europe’s co-operation sector projects and develop a practical toolkit on new approaches and methods that can be integrated in the co-operation projects, within the initiative on “Capacity building of Tbilisi office staff on research methods, reporting, and negotiations”.
