The Council of Europe is seeking a consultant(s), consultancy bureau, or business to conduct a public survey and focus group interviews for a cooperation project “Fight against discrimination, hate crime and hate speech in Georgia”. The survey and group interviews should assess the level of awareness among general public of the anti-discrimination legal frameworks and its redress mechanisms; the awareness of minority rights; and the attitude towards the value of diversity in Georgia. 

This call is a re-launch, the budget envelope and timeline of implementation has been updated.

Expressions of interest should be submitted by 25 April following the criteria outlines in the call.
