The Centre of Expertise for Local Government Reform organised a second stage of the training on Human Resourse Management for Local Self-government through Leadership Academy in Belarus on 23-24 November 2016 in cooperation with the Academy of Public Administration by the Office of the President of Belarus.

This activity was welcomed by those 27 participants from local authorities, therefore representative from the Executive committee of Grodno said that the participants gained unvaluable experience and knowledge in terms of day by day management and the training provides the excellent opportunity to have experience exchanged, as well as to borrow and learn some new leadership skills from the Council of Europe experts/trainers.

The event was organised as a part of the Programme "Strengthening institutional frameworks for local governance in the Eastern Partnership countries" under the Programmatic Cooperation Framework (PCF) for 2015 2017 funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Council of Europe and the last third stage is to be held on 20-21 December current year.
