On 20 and 26 June 2019, the Administrative Tribunal registered two appeals (No. 617/2019 and 618/2019 - Barbara UBOWSKA (I) et (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

In the first appeal, the appellant challenges the refusal to grant her a special leave for the purpose of moving house to Poland.

In the second appeal, she challenges the pro rata basis system with regard to travelling time calculated for 2019 to return home in Poland.
