The experts had a meeting with the representatives of the Ministry of Justice and Freedom of Morocco, in order to make an in-depth presentation of the tools developed by the CEPEJ in the field of judicial time frames and quality of justice. They had an exchange on the scoreboards on judicial activity developed by the Ministry of Justice and Freedom. They also had a meeting with representatives of the Appeal’s Court of Rabat to present the draft report in the field of judicial time frames and quality, written by the CEPEJ experts. In addition, the mission was an opportunity to visit the Appeal’s Court of Fez, the new pilot court of the CEPEJ.
