Back No. 177/2019 Associazione Medici Liberi v. Italy

The complaint was registered on 7 March 2019. It relates to Article 12 §§1, 2 et 3 (right to social security) of the Revised European Social Charter. The complainant organisation, Associazione Medici Liberi, alleges that the Italian social security legislation does not provide for a satisfactory level of old-age pension to independent doctors, in violation of the above mentioned provisions of the Charter.
