In line with the programme of pre-electoral assistance agreed with the authorities of the Republic of Moldova in view of the Parliamentary elections of 30 November 2014, the Council of Europe organised two half day trainings for the Communication Department of the Central Election Commission on the best practices of communication with electoral stakeholders.

The aim of the training was to increase CEC communication capacities with electoral stakeholders based on experiences of other countries (EU and non-EU Member States).

The event was part of a series of activities that were developed in the next months’ all over the country aiming at assisting the authorities with the preparations for the conduct of elections in a free and fair environment.
