The Administrative Tribunal completed its second session of 2023, which was held from 27 to 29 March 2023.

During this session, the Tribunal examined 52 cases, 45 of which concerned the 2022 salary adjustment. 

A public hearing was held on Monday 27 March in appeals Nos. 677-711, 713-714, 716-718 and 724-727/2022 - Stanislas FROSSARD (II) and Others v. Secretary-General and was followed by the Tribunal’s first deliberations. 

On Tuesday 28 March, two public hearings were held, the first hearing concerned appeal No 723/2022 - Natalia ZAYTSEVA v Secretary General; the second hearing concerned appeal No 729/2022 - Emilya RAMAZANOVA v Secretary General. Both hearings were followed by the Tribunal’s first deliberations. 

The Tribunal also held its first deliberations in appeal No. 721/2022 - Elena IZYUMENKO v. Secretary General – a case for which there was no hearing.

The Tribunal examined and adopted the English version of its Rules of Procedure. The French version had previously been adopted on 26 January 2023 and entered into force on 10 February.

During this session, the Tribunal adopted the following decision.
